Yes, all parcels sent via GoParcel have a protection cover of €50 for loss or damage by couriers.

You can add more cover up to €1000 when booking for a small fee.

If you miss the delivery the courier will leave instructions on how to arrange another delivery. 

You can also arrange to collect the items from a local depot. 

you will only get 2 delivery attempts and then the item will be returned to sender.

The delivery times are displayed during booking, these times are quoted in working days. Working days are Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. Items are not delivered on weekends. You can track your item online to see when it will be delivered.

Bookings placed over the weekend will be processed on the Monday and collected at your door on Tuesday (excluding bank holidays).

You can use your own boxes/packaging as long as it is suitable to safely transport your items. It is your responsibility to package all items, we do not offer a packaging service. We do not accept suitcases/bags as packaging.

Yes you need a printer to print your parcel labels. The label will be sent to your email as soon as the order is placed. If you are sending your items outside the EU you will also require to print Customs Form.

Couriers are out for collection from 9 AM to 6 PM local time. Unfortunately, we cannot specify collection time frame, please book collection and have some spare time for a collection to happen. Some our partners do call and inform about the collection window, but this option is not guaranteed.Please be aware, that during major public events (such as Christmas, New Years etc.) courier usually work overtimes to manage and collect all of the orders.If by any chance collection failed, or courier could not make it in time, please make sure to contact us – we will reschedule collection for next day

If money were deducted several times, means that connection was interrupted while payment was processing. Please inform customer service about the double charge and the transaction will be refunded immediately.

In order to receive a Refund, your order has to be cancelled, as soon as the order is cancelled you are entitled to receive a full refund. Please contact customer service to Ask for a refund, and customer service representative will issue it immediately.

It is very difficult for any items to be damaged but if your items have have been damaged we have procedures in place to compensate you for damage and loss.

If you miss your collection please contact us as soon as possible, we will arrange another collection for you. If the driver does not show up please contact us so we can arrange another collection date or offer you a refund.
